During the holiday season teachers frequently feel like students expect to be entertained instead of being taught academics. These teachers will worry that if they bring games into the classroom it will end up supporting that tendency rather than promoting quality educational activities. Playing games in class only truly becomes a problem when the games are used as time fillers with no real purpose. Using educational printable Christmas activities and incorporating them into the daily routines of December lessons is a much better use of these activities.
